Proposal for Improvement Communication in Firm

Abstract The thesis deals with effective interpersonal communication and communication with customers, which is one of the most important parts of marketing. The thesis is divided into three main sections – theoretical, analytical and practical. The theoretical part describes external and internal communication in corporate management. The analytical section describes the company Videoklinik Ltd. from perspective of its activities and by means of analysis identifies weaknesses in communication. In the practical part elements of communication are drawn and recommended to streamline system of communication within and outside the company thus to secure not only prosperity of the company but mainly its maintenance on the market.

The objective is to discover out the crucial defects of this issue and to outline possible solutions which would improve the weaknesses – of internal communication. The master´s thesis consists of three parts: The theoretical part is concerned about communicational instruments which have been used by the operational company ČEPRO, a.s. The analytical part describes implementation of communicational instruments in the company. (external communication, internal communication, crisis communication and communication during the new product implementation) The proposal part recommends appropriate elements for efficient communication within the current communication system in the company.
The role of communication strategy in nonprofit sector

New civil society organizations are those that are most often commercialized. Salamon (2005) discusses commercialization when organizations are motivated to offer services and products exclusively for profit. He presents commercialization as the penetration of market principles, culture and thinking into the non-profit sector. This phenomenon at NGOs serves the purpose of gaining financial independence and legitimization. On the other hand, the Center for Public Opinion Research (2019) published a report in which it was found that NGOs find themselves at the bottom places in a survey of credibility in selected institutions. The diploma thesis aimed to determine how NGOs should successfully communicate their activity to stakeholders to strengthen external credibility and gain financial independence and corporate culture. The research included techniques such as questionnaire survey, non- intrusive techniques and semi-structured interviews. The results have shown that the role of communication strategy is significant in the selected NGO. The NGO develops and evaluates the strategy annually and includes its entire organizational team. Communication in a Selected Company

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to decribe and evaluate the internal and external communication in a selected company and to propose possible changes and improvements. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis describes main concepts such as communication, communication functions and types and so on. The practical part is focused on the current internal and external communication in a selected company. The research on the internal communication is conducted through a questionnaire survey, interviews and observation. The external communication is analysed by a interview with the spokesperson. Finally, the collected data is evaluated and recommendation for improvements of the current situation is suggested.

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to demonstrate the great importance of effective managerial communication in day-to-day life of organization. The literature research deals with the structure of managerial communication. It provides an overview of communication skills as well as the instruments of internal and external communication. The company Production Sito s.r.o. in Starý Pelhřimov is selected for the practical part of the thesis. The thesis describes the actual state of individual elements of managerial communication in the chosen company. An unstructured interview with the top manager is used as a source of information. Finally, some changes leading to improvement of internal and external communication are suggested there.

Proposal of external communication for the Robert Bosch company, spol. s r. o.

My diploma thesis deals with external communication with a view to public relations. It´s applied on Robert Bosch company, spol. s r. o., Ceske Budejovice. The main objective was creating an own proposal of external communication for year 2012, aimed at one interest group of the company. This group includes university students with technical and economic specialization = potential future employees of the company. In my proposal there are some suitable elements from new trends in marketing communication (viral marketing, guerilla marketing, event marketing).
